I think you're out of luck, that transmits a "contact id" format code and is meant to be fed into a DSC head end monitoring station. Yes, you can get the unit to call you, but your phone won't be able to decode the data. It could be sending you a Burg, trouble or tamper, you'd never know.
Update your panel to a DSC1616 (6 Zone) or 1832 (8 Zone) and get the new (
