Need help with this Boost DC-DC Converter Simulink model

I have been trying to set up the attached circuit and I dont know what the O for the bottom gain block. I just tried 1/RC but I am not getting the real form of the output voltage although I do get the actual value. Can anyone advise what is wrong or explain what O is?

Sorry, your diagram means nothing to me.

It looks like 'O' might be referring to your reference voltage. The value of which is included in the formula you have underlined.

Other than that, no clue....
