need help on build 1 channel remote control

hi guys, i need help on build a 1 channel fm \ am \ rf remote control that will turn on / off led
i try to find a sample model but all what i find is 4 channel and more, i need it only 1 channel becuse i need to made it at low space as i can
please help me build an remote control reciver + trancmeter
