I need to check the caps on a board, I’m using a 88a EDS (Electronic Design Specialists) I know how to use the tester. When I check the caps in question and find a bad one I usually find one on another board that’s good, remove it and check the cap on my table with the same tester and it won't test at all. Are these types of caps fragile and how do you know what their value is? After all there are no markings only a tan color. This is making me crazy.
