need circuit for 12V 1.3AH lead acid battery charger

I brought a 12V 1.3AH lead acid battery for a small pick and place robot. I need its charger circuit. Its recommended charging current is mentioned as 0.13A. Please help me, I'm new to this website.

Build a circuit like this or better yet: buy an off the shelf charger like this.
