Need a tiny tiny DC to AC inverter, or pulsed DC, ideas?

Hey everyone, I had an ides to invent something but for the idea to be feasible I need to have either a tiny tiny dc to ac inverter and from what I see there is nothing small right? Or some tiny circuit that can make about 3v 100mA max DC pulse to AC.. Need this because I need to transmit power over a short distance via induction. Circuit must be thin, preferably 1.5mm or less.

Only idea I have is maybe a 555 timer but I would love to hear all your ideas. Any suggestions are much appreciated :)

You can create a coil out of PCB traces. Low profile but not much inductance, unless you use ferrite cores specially designed for it.

It needs to be thin, under 1.5mm, width x height can be much bigger like 1x3 INCH max.

And the coil isn't a problem, I will use a cell phone Qi wireless charging receiver. They are cheap, small and designed to receive inductance.

I need ideas for turning DC into inductance. Is there any electrical device / chip that can turn dc current into pulsed current? For example, I once used a "blinker christmas light bulb" to turn DC in pulsed DC but frequency of that is only 1 per second, for this I need a higher frequency. PS that was mechanical, which isn't ideal.

Oh man you are the best, marx generator will do DC to Pulsed DC and I can probably make it very thin. But hold on, wouldn't marx generator turn my 3v DC in to higher pulsed voltage? I need to keep it close to 3v

PS wait this wouldn't work, I can't use a marx. And the circuit above uses AC to start from, my circuit starts off from 3v DC.

1.5mm is pretty extreme. A normal size PCB is thicker than that by itself.

I can understand why a receiver for wireless power should be that small, by why the transmitter? You can't possibly have any significant power source that is that small.

I am sorry but I don't understand anything you are saying. The circuit which I have copied from the instructable would probably work from 3v DC or could be modified too.

Oh ok that looks like it would work. What would the frequency of that circuit be? Also how does current and voltage effect the frequency?

My power supply will have variable current anywhere from 0-100ma
