My toshiba projection tv won't turn to av without a remote anyone no how I can get to av mode

My tele won't let me change over to av mode without a remote there is no av wen I go through the channels any way I can get to av mode please anyone ??

There's supposed to be a MENU button on the side of the unit. That should let you choose the settings.
