MS-3 Wireless headphone issue

I have a set of Garret MS-3 Wireless headphones I dropped, and now they they have no sound. I have tested the wireless receiver and it works fine still connects to the transmitter. I connected it to another pair of MS-3 headphone an it worked fine.

The issue is between the potentiometer and the speakers. I can't see both speakers breaking. So I'm thinking its the potentiometer. My other set of the same headphones has had issues as well with the potentiometer crackling and loosing sound.

How would I go about removing potentiometer from this setup?

Welcome to the forum. On your other headphones, spray the pot with contact cleaner. There is an opening where the pins come out. On this one you can test the pot with an ohmmeter to make sure the resistance rises and falls from the center terminal to each edge terminal.
