mosfet-transistor-for- 18V cordless-drill

Hello I am new here.
I hope there is someone here who can help me find a replacement for a power mosfet appearantly designated D4v313. I have had searche help from digikey - without success - that is why I am here now. Maybe there is someone here who can advice a suitable substitute?

unfortunatly there is no Logo or designation of any kind.
