Does anyone have a sample of a monte carlo analysis of a simple cmos
circuit eg. inverter using excel or any other method other than brute
force simulation methodology?

So, I gotta ask. Why Monte Carlo? What exactly is it that you want to
analyze? What are you trying to determine from your analysis?
