Monitor

Samsung G9 "LC49G95TSSNXZA" monitor was hit in the back & had its inner metal dented in. There are problems with the right side of the screen including distortion & white light bleed. Is the screen problem permanent or is it being caused by the pressure from the dent? Can anyone think of a good way to remove the dent or make the spots less noticeable? What tools would be useful & how should I begin with disassembly?

Nope . . . . . not unless you can turn back time . . . . .you just bought the farm.
Was this degree of support frame bending incurred by YOU ?
Or did you just buy yourself an unseen pig in a poke ?
Or, thirdly, it actually looks like some stores dumpster bound scrap, with ALL IDENTIFICATION being purposefully blacked out on it, excepting the screen size.

Possibly a cut off wheel type of grinder to cut loose the bent metal portion and then the fabrication of a curved cardboard replacement of that bent / distorted structural member .
Then a contouring of that much more formable materiel, to match the contour of the other good half of the screen . . . . . measuring from it and using as a template reference.
