monitor premio H5540 fccid GKR554 ---- blank

When the vga cable is disconnected from pc you can see there is high
voltage and brightness on screen, but once i connect the vga cable i
hear the click and there is no hv or brightness and the front led
blinks like in stand by.
Any ideas?

Move the mouse, press a key, or try another graphics card?
