I recently had a 65" big screen moved about 100 miles by truck and when
it arrived we found out that not only had one corner been dropped about
6 inches, it experienced some moisture on the way to our house (maybe a
light misty rain that got it wet). When first plugged in it kind of
buzzed and shut itself off. After sitting for a day it now works well
except for the color. Basically the screen looks normal except it has
too much blue color in it. White appears kind of blueish and faces
look discolored. Also, there are very faint wavy blue lines that are
visible in certain scenes (depending on the color of the scene). It's
tolerable, but annoying. Does anyone know what could be wrong, and do
you think it was the drop or the moisture that caused it? Approximate
price of repairs? It's a 10 year old tv but was working like a champ
before moving, so I'd rather keep it running.
Thanks for any input!
