I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to point me towards a circuit diagram for a short range (~300m) radio beacon. I'm looking for a flat tone or something similar to what an astable 555 can produce. Low voltage is a plus but compact form factor is of primary concern. Mild frequency drift is not a serious issue. Operational frequency doesn't matter, assuming it's legal in the US.
