Midi controller

Hello. I have a midi controller that I bought off eBay several years ago
It works great but would like to get another but cannot find it anywhere

It’s purpose is to wire a push on switch to the right hand Side of the controller and it sends the corresponding note on command out the standards midi port to control the midi device

Does anyone recognize the unit or know of a similar unit

It looks like a custom made controller using a PIC.
As it is a couple of years ago, they will likely be unavailable.
