microUSB-CCCV board-regulator-LED setup help

Hello All,

Newbie to this forum but given that I'm continually needing help with circuits, I think that maybe I can make some friends here who can assist me in the future. Right now I'm working on a project which requires powering an LED with rechargable batteries.

So I found this board:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/10pcs-Micro...prg=20131017132637&rk=2&rkt=4&sd=121142331520

which I would then connect to the batteries, and it has to be a combination of 3.7V 2400mAh cells. I'd like to use 3 so I have ~25Wh. So there's my first question:

That board is designed to charge 1 Battery I understand. Will it work with 3 batteries? Do I need to connect them in series or parallel? I Was guessing parallel, and then they will just charge @ (1/3)A each. (Either one is fine for me since output voltage is regulated down to 3.3V anyways.)

Then the battery is also connected to a regulator perhaps like : http://www.pololu.com/product/2122
With the Vout of the regulator connected to the LEd

So the other question is, when the microUSB board is charging the battery, will it still be able to power the LED @ 1.5W?
