Is there a meter that test 12 volts battery agm, battery .

A person can test a 12 volts battery with a multimeter ,but it does not test individual cells in the battery.

A 12 volts battery usually have (6) cells in the battery case.

Hello,

Most batteries are sealed, so you can not reach the individual cells.
Some you will see the connections between the cells like the ones in the following picture:



On those you can measure the individual cells.

As already pointed out, there is no need to test each cell and even so, the connections are no longer brought out.
Therefore an overall series load test does the job.
