Measure current with strange output

Brand new to the forum and looking for help.

I am working on a project where i need to be able to measure the voltage and current from a welding source but i need to provide the information to another devise with the following parameters.

Voltage: 1 volt per 10 volt measured
Current: 1 VOLT per 100 amps measured

the voltage is simple with a resistor in line
The current is my problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

For the voltage you need a votage divider with two resistors in a ratio of 9 to 1.

For the current a 0.01Ω resistor would work but it would dissapate 100W of the current is 100A. A hall effect current sensor, probably coupled with an opamp to adjust the output range.

Is this what I think it is? shunt is used to discharge any electric, so none is present in the module at setup. This device uses cables. Each volts measured is based on Amp/hours. 7 Amp/hours. supplying 7 amps for one hour across a load of say, 300 ft. getting of cable. 12 volts connected, twice. In series.
