What are the four contacts for in Makita battery chargers? I presume two
contacts on oposite sides are for the DC, one plus and one minus. What do the
other two contacts connect to in a makita batteries from 7.2 volts to 24 volts.
Supposedly a Makita battery charger can detect over heating condition. Is
there a thermister in the battery packs for Makita portable tools? I have come
into possesion of a multi voltage Makita battery charger. I've seen the same
four contacts in the older stick style Makita batteries.
