Making PCB from PCX files

Hello!
I´m starting on a new project and I need some help to mill the PCB. Since I am not the original author of the project I didn´t create the PCB layout. I asked the original author to send me the PCB foils, but he said that he only has them in PCX format. Unfotunately the format is unrecognizable by my mills control software. I tried to convert the PCX to bmp, but that led to scaling problems. How could I get my PCX files converted to HPGL format?

You need a converter. I don't know why you would want foils in vector graphics format though....

My colleague swears by a particular open source raster to vector tool.

If only I could remember what it was...

Aha! Inkscape. from version 0.47 it can output HPGL
