MagneTek Series 6400, Model 6415, Power Converter

Hello,

I recently bought a 1995 Shadow Cruiser Truck Camper equipped with this power converter. I have two questions for now.

1) Will this converter charge the 12 volt battery when plugged into AC power?

2) What can I expect this power converter to do?

There should be at least 1 fuse. Not sure how they are installed. Either in a square fuseholder you push in to pop out or possibly a round holder you turn to remove.

Sorry to say this, but it appears this converter is not suitable for charging.

There is nothing to stop you running a charger from the converter while on AC.
