low rpm, low torque, quiet dc motor???

Hi,
Looking for a small (few mm in size), low torque, low rpm (10-20 rpm) motor to turn tiny lamp shade. We purchased 180:1 mini plastic "gearmotor" (80 rpm) but it is noticeably audible and can't lower rpm enough via power. Any ideas?
