Looking of PSpice programmer

AEi Systems is looking for someone to implement two models in PSpice
(not subcircuit models but new embedded primitive models), probably
using the device equations option.

Does anyone know of a C programmer who is qualified (i.e. has used
device equations or added a model to SPICE 2G/3) and who could do the
job in the next 3-6 months?

I rememer there is a source engine to directly implement device model
in C language in HSPICE. This should be not so difficult.
If you want implement in 2G/3, you need to familiar with the source
code. And maybe more time for debuging.
Is the model very complex?
