Try to make a better photo or read the label and post what you find.
What makes you think you need the exact type of this component?

Its a power mosfet for my zoom h4n. Want to find a replacement for it. Will try to get a photo. The device is currently not in my possesion though

My best guess is it reads A4633Q, though even less sure about the Q, or the 6

Mosfet with that package and what looks like sip5? They exist but not all that common, and it looks like the PCB marking is IC12... do the other (if there are any) transistors have an IC(n) marking or Q?
