Looking for obsolete H8/500 series datasheet

I am looking for the datasheets for a Hitachi H8/534 MCU, H8/536 MCU
and Hitachi HD46510 for my ECU project.

If anyone has a PDF copy of any of these (or other MCUs the H8/500
series) they can send me, it would be greatly appreciated if you can
let me know

I've tried contacting Hitachi but the semiconductor section was formed
into another company, Renesas in April and the old H8/500 series
specifications are no longer on their website. Unfortunately Renesas
technical support has not been helpful because the chips are so old.
