looking for fast low CISS fet

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a fast 8amp fet with as low as possible capacitance.
Voltage need only be low such as 30V or over. Has anyone got any ideas ? The
MTW14N40 looks about as good as there is, though im sure there must be a
better one ?
