line voltage

Hello,
In India the voltage is 220V line(Phase) and Neutral.
i think it is RMS value what is the peak value of maximum wave?
at 9:00 min it show 325V how?

The line voltage used to be 220V and is still often referred to as 220V.
However, in many (if not all ) parts of the world where 220V used to be present this has been changed to 230V.

230V*sqrt(2)=325V

why it is changed
Because in other parts of the world 240V are used. AS 230V is much nearer to 240V than to 220V, a device designed for 230V can be used on 240V and vice versa, which is not so easily possible with the combination of 220V vs. 240V. Therefore the need for variants for different mains voltages is reduced.
 
Yesterday the 230V supply was 245V here. It depends on whether the loading is high and whether the wind is blowing.
The official supply here is 230V+10% -6% so 216.2V to 253V.
 
OK, in our electricity bill meter there is unit for commercial like..
Rs 5 and the measurement of 1 unit 1KWhr
i have say load 2 tube 40 Watt fluorescent tubes.
and ceiling fan at roof etc
how to calculate my 1 unit has gone?

Where I live the voltage was once 250V, then 240V, and now it is 230V.

But guess what -- the actual voltage has never changed!

Look at the standard for 230V -- it allows at least +10%, more in some cases.
 
Countries such as Aus have a guaranteed regulation of supply @5% although there is talk of dropping down from 240 to 230 at some future time. Yes, 25w or 75w, whatever is your loading, divided by 1000 will give kilowatts. Further multiplied buy hours running time gives you kilowatt hours or units.
 
(50/1000) = 0.05kw........run for 100 hours is 5kwh or 5 units. No idea what Rs5 is that you refer to. 5 units by whatever cost per unit is your run fee for 100 hours. Don't know where you get your 50w from though.

According to Google the Average load of ceiling fan is 50Watt
so, 0.05kW for time period let say 100hours or ~4days it will be 5kWh energy used.
so, reding of meter will be 5 unit so, suppose 1 unit is of Rs5. what will be total Rs25??
