Hello. I have an LG 27GK750F-B Monitor that I've been using for roughly two years. Randomly the other day the display turned permanently white. I have diagnosed that it is not any of the external cables nor PCs associated with the monitor. The monitor also shows a slight buzzing sound coming from the back (I'm not sure if it was there prior but I do not believe it was). I have disassembled the monitor and verified that none of the internal cables were disconnected. I was wondering if anyone had any idea what specific parts I would need to replace to potentially fix this, or possibly any other solutions which would not require me to do so. Thanks in advance!
Here are a few follow up pictures of the monitor (front, back, inside back):
Also, here is a link to the spare parts website (https://partstore.encompass.com/model/ZE...). If anyone has any guidance on the website as to which parts I should get if needed, I'd greatly appreciate it, instead of having a repair shop up-sell me for a fix I could do myself.
