Led Disco Lights

I run a retro Mobile Disco in the UK (240V) l have bought some R60 LED reflector spots to replace the incandescent ones These are run off a quality 3-channel light controller that can control both resistive and inductive lamps When I run them on a slow chase the ones not on the operating channel flicker.. If I plug another lightbox into the circuit that has 15W incandescent lamps in it the flickering stops I presume then I need to put something in the circuit between the controller and the lamps??

Led lamps on 230V may have a delay to turn on, messing up the intended effect.
What is the behavior if you install one incandescent and the rest LED on each channel ?

They work perfectly when even a 15W incandescent lamp is connected...They also flash perfectly on sound activated function
