LED Bulb driver circuit help

Dear All,

Could any one please help me to check the circuit. It is a 9W LED bulb driver circuit. I found MOV is at unusual position. There should be Y-capacitor instead.

Well, a MOV looks the same as a capacitor. Easy mistake. It would probably work the same under most circumstances.
