Laptop portable charger

Is there any portable charger that charges multiple devices including laptops, cell phones and watches? It really bothers me to take laptop adapter and iPhone charger.

If it bothers you to take a ‘plug’ for your phone?.
You certainly wouldn’t like to take a charger that can output different voltages and have diffent output connections then!.

I don’t understand the problem here. Just take laptop charger and charge other devices via the laptop.
