However after leaving laptop for about 3hrs without working on it .. i tried to open it and it worked normally . i ran diagnostics on every component and everything is fine ........... but after turning it off again the main thing happen (when turning it on first time it doesn't work -->leave it some time then try it works normally !!!!!)

I want someone who is expert in this things to reply with what is going on :D
------------------------------
i feel that my battery have leakage current which remain in motherboard and as a type of protection motherboard don't turn on when i try to turn it on ... but after some time these static charges escape and hence it can work normally !!!!!!!!!!!!!

However after leaving laptop for about 3hrs without working on it .. i tried to open it and it worked normally
Was it plugged in to the charger during this time or left sitting switched off?

How do you know the battery is fully charged? Do you have more than one?

I have two older laptops that do this, and both have problematic batteries.
If I leave them for half hour charging, they will eventually turn on.

Martin

Thanks Martin for ur response :)

1-it wasn't plugged to anything
2-i have only 1 battery and um always connecting it so its always 100% charged

what do u think about this ?!!! is it a motherboard failure or it is a battery problem or what .... ?!!!
Assuming that i tried to turn it on after leaving it for 3hrs without battery and it gives the same response (NO OPERATION)

Have you tried the self diagnostics?
Remove battery, remove charger plug.
HOLD power button and plug the charger in and then release power button. Should start it's self diagnostics?

Seems this model of laptop has many problems.

Martin

i dont really knw what is the difference between Diagnostics and Self diagnostics .....
But i already did diagnostics without battery on everything and it was fine.
then i made an online diagnostics by dell tool and the same, everything was fine !!!!!!!!!!

Well, maybe yours doesn't have that. Maybe you have to press F12 or D or something.
Anyway, it started. Leave it running for 10 minutes on ac adapter only.
Power it off and restart again. Don't put battery in....
Let me know what happens.

Martin

I might add to:
Try this with restart after each step.
Remove all memory, HDD, all usb connected items.
Restart and see what happens.
Put one memory in and restart...
Put the other and restart.
Put the HDD and restart.

Martin

i did it and it worked normally ........... Look when um working on Ac Adapter ... turning off laptop then turning it one after short time it works normally ......... But when i leave it about 5hrs without turning it on ..then i turn it on, it doesn't start, i shoud leave it for minutes then it works normally ........ ALL OF THESE WITHOUT BATTERY

Laptops work without batteries so how does it perform on ac adapter alone?
That is the whole problem... It doesn't.
Which is why I was saying to try another AC adapter.
If the adapter is faulty, it will or can put a very slow charge and the laptop starts after several hours. This is normally always the caps in the adapter.

The problem here is that the OP didn't have a spare to try to rule it out.
So, he couldn't do a process of elimination..
