What it mentions is I need to use the enable pin of the oscillator and connect that to the NC pin on the header and take that to the pin 17 on my esp32 board also I need to pulldown this pin. Also I need to use a pullup on the pin 0 so that it remains high during the bootup but later on can be used to give the clk input from the lan8720 board. Now I made the soldering according to the https://sautter.com/blog/ethernet-on-esp32-using-lan8720/ . Exactly. However I didnt have a very good soldering since my solder tip is not so small. Could I have damaged the oscillator because this isnt working.
