Kantech event messages

Good morning
I am new to the board and am trying to figure out why I am getting a particular message in the system and how to prevent it in the future.
I will give you an example;
user card created in the system may 27th 2018
user used card June 11 2018 and I received the following message "access denied - post-dated card".
Can anyone explain what is going on and how I can correct this and make sure it does not happen in the future?
I cannot find anything about these messages in the manual.

I don't know if I can help, but you should probably start by telling us what the "system" is and anything else pertinent such as make/model number.
