I have a JVC camcorder model no.GR-D91U. I am trying to playback a tape and the screen has green lines running thru it. There is an error message that says "Head Cleaning Required-Use Cleaning Cassette". I used the cleaning cassette, and it did not solve the problem-any ideas???
