Greetings everyone! To cut the story short, monitor(AUO M270QANO 1.0 panel) I got has flickering horizontal lines( progressively worse to the left and top of the panel) which I have seen that probably has panel short circuit as a culprit and can be circumvented by cutting corresponding gate clock signaling(CLK) and that is what I indent to do. So the question is is there a way to know exactly what lines should I cut (maybe by using oscilloscope? ) or is it necessary trial and error? Also the backlight seems to heavily flicker above 78% brightness (78 and brighter) which seems to worsen the lines effect as well.. Here are some voltages and resistances to ground I measured.. Looking forward to your suggestions..
