Position Overview
Our client is an early-stage, fast-paced, and fun fabless IC venture on
a mission to revolutionize point of load power conversion and
management using very innovative analog and digital architectures and
technologies. Emerging from an aggressive "stealth mode," our
client now seeks exceptional talent to take them to the next level as
they work hard, have fun, and seek to make a little history by building
a great company.
As a pivotal member of our client's team, you will be empowered to use

engineers, power systems engineers and customers to transform product
concepts and customer needs into circuit architectures that the IC
development team will implement at the transistor-level. You will be
responsible for leading the analog/mixed-signal design team through
every step of the IC development process. From time to time you will
need to recruit highly talented and sought-after analog IC designers
for your team. You will report to the Vice President of engineering.
