Do you have any science/physics experience/knowledge?

It's difficult for my to reply with anything more, because I do not know if this is due to your lack of knowledge, or if you are spreading this intentionally.
Do some research on your own and find out how a microwave works.

Also, do some research in data recovery. This is not simply showing off a construction method, but is making a 1:1 exact duplicate of the device down to the memory contents. What's more:
"To obtain, something of equal or greater value must be lost"
So even if this method worked, you can't just rearrange random elements and materials. Think about what would happen to the waste material.
