Is it possible to make a WLAN amplifier to send/receive on the same antenna?

Hi

I'm thinking to make a WLAN amplifier that amplifies the signal before
it sends it on.

antenna|->-amplifier---->>---|antenna
|---<<----amplifier-<-|

But I can't think of a way to make it work with one antenna, the
amplifier will amplify booth signals, the signal from the antenna and
the one from the amplifier, in simpler words, it will oscillate.

Is there a way to make it work?

The signal it shall amplify is around 2.4GHz

Search out "duplexer". This is a common situation with
repeater towers.
