In the second step ,in exponential part in denominator we have 0.0258. Here my confusion start we are having this 0.0258 in place of KT(since k is boltz man constant and T is 300K). Even multplying boltzman constant and temperature would not ge that value 0.0258. Help me. Thanks

Yes k is the Boltzmann constant but you are using the wrong units.

ya ,it has to be ev/k but what i have been using is joules/k.Thanks
