International Rectifier B5CNQ015 (House Number?)

I'm looking at an International Rectifier part clearly labelled: B5CNQ015.
It's not on the IR Homepage website.
I assume that means this is someboy's proprietary part number.
Does anybody know what this device is?

Could you have misread the part number? Maybe 85CNQ015 instead of B5CNQ015? Can you upload a close-up picture of the device?
