Been here at our shop on test for days without seeing any of this
intermittent convergence problems yet customer complains unit still
does this at their home. I have already replaced that expensive
convergence generator board, (the small metal box).
Have anybody seen this problem before? Tapping and heating does not
make problem appear.
I'm starting to dislike this newsgroups now after 13 years of
newsgroups postings because of extreme spammings and plagiarism of my
postings (google them with your name and items in question to see what
I mean). While I had good time on this newsgroups and I got excellent
help and did my part in return but there is a time when this have to
end. Also my ISP converted groups to pay-ware to use which is a big
rip off as this is part of the ISP account for long time, using my
workplace computer (tv shop) to access this for TV repair. Plus I
noticed newsgroup posts I made over the years are everywhere with or
without my permissions.
This brings to this question: Is there good website electronics forums
that is register-only (free or small fee) to participate?
Cheers, Wizard
