Intel Quartus - No output for Q2 and Q3

Hello, I'm developing a BCD sequencer as part of a uni lab assignment. The circuit managed to successfully compile however no waveform is been generated for outputs Q2 and Q3.

Right, access to your Google drive is not possible.
Your problem sounds like the compiler optimized the logic removing any functions that are not used?
