Insignia TV Help

So I have an Insignia tv thag is not displaying a picture. The boards are all receiving power, and the light on the front of the tv changes when you turn the tv on and off.

So, there are three boards. The first board is the power, the second board is where you connect the hdmi cables and other connectors, and the third board connects directly to the screen. How can I troubleshoot the tv to figure out what is wrong with it?

not really helpful so far .... a model number would be really helpful

have you searched for a service manual or at least some schematics ?
