In search of data sheet for an old Sansui tape deck chip MSA806

I;m searching for the datasheet for an old ic chip from a Sansui 3300 tape deck .It;s the chip that drives the led's in the VU meter circuit , a MSA806 CHIP , It's a 28 pin chip

Hi Shaun Sparky,

It is not a datasheet but i found a block diagram in the service manual of the sony TA-F70 on page 4 - 5.
It is a led meter driver, hope the block diagram will help.

I found the complete service manual for the SC-3300. The PCB assembly is Sansui part # G-1265. I checked the "globe" and neither the chip or PCB assembly could be found. All I found was someone selling a complete deck in excellent condition on ebay for $300.
