IEC Type A connector pigtails

Where can I find jack connectors pre-connected to wire, similar to the attached photo? The connector is

IEC Type A jack
5.5mm x 2.1mm x 12mm deep

I've getting them custom from China with a long wait, but I need a few hundred of them right now.

There are lots.
DC extension cable should be what you need.
