identifying this terminal block

Hey all, I'm building this board and I want to use up some spare parts I had from some harvested pcb's. I have this terminal block that I want to incorporate into an eagle drawing but it doesn't have a part number and since I'm new to eagle I'm having a hard time deciding which one it could be. I've attached some pictures of it and the pins are about a 1/4" apart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The pictures is sort of out of focus, and I can't decode the marking on the block. You should take a more exact measure of the block and the distance between the pins. It looks like a standard pcb screw terminal block, maybe 5.08mm(1/5") pin distance. I suppose you could use a Phoenix variant if you have that in your Eagle library.
