identify transistor

Hi all,
I have been trying to identify a transistor 018i1.
I can not find it in any store, what can I replace it with?

The signal from transistor goes through a resistor to the anode of IR diode.

Since they've used the same transistor in a multitude of places, it's likely not critical.

Measure a good one to see if they're PNP or NPN and replace them with some general purpose transistor.
