Identify parts Please experts

Hi all, am new here, i want to replace 3 little components on a usd1300. water pump.
There is an obvious flash mark where there has been a short circuit event.
I have an identical pump which is in good condition, i took pictures of both PCB's

I want to know what exactly to buy in Radionics, ie what are those 3 things i am going to replace with new.

2 choices

they are either capacitors or resistors
if resistors and if I have the colour code correct ~ 1 Ohm measure the ones on the good board with a multimeter. if the reading looks a bit dubious unsolder it and then recheck it ( that takes other circuit influences out of the picture)

I figure they're 10 ohm resistors, and that they're blown due to something else being damaged. Look where/what they're leading to (transistors, IC's).
