I have a fish tank light I need help with the wiring all black wires

I assume it's a plug-in-the-wall type?
Flourescent bulbs or LED's?
It'd help if you gave us the manufacturer and model, so we can look it up.
Why does it have only black wires. Is this a used unit that may have been modified, or a new out-of-the-box one?
I'm wondering why it doesn't have a power cord already attached to it.
(If it's a used, modified unit, somebody might have done something to it that we need to know about to help you. If
it's a LED light, it may require a wall-wart type AC adapter, ... we don't have enough information right now).
